What is this and what do I do ?

Does she have any other symptoms like coughing, sneezing, mucous, etc.?

General care for the eye would be to clean/flush with saline, remove any pus/debris, then apply an ointment like Terramycin in the eye. Do this a couple of times a day to see if it will clear up.

No mucous from the nose or eyes (that I have seen yet) just that strange bump, I put a warm compress on it flushed it with saline.

That bubble in her eye though do you think that is pus? Bc I tried to see if it would come out easily and it didn’t. So I didn’t want to push it if it wasn’t.

I did also get the terramycin too. Thank you so much! I appreciate the help. These two photos were taken right after I did the above to her eye.

To me it does not look like pus, it looks like swelling of the membranes of the eye.
I would continue to flush/clean the eye and apply your ointment. Try to take a close look to see if she's got anything stuck in the eye like a piece of debris, food, feather, etc.
