He reminds me of Mickey Mouse! ...Am I alone on that? Haha. Very handsome.

I'm not a breed expert so I wouldn't know anything about the breed.

I just got a young pair yesterday and hope my rooster grows up as pretty as yours. These Bantams are pretty hard to find, I got mine from a breeder that just happened to pick up a few in her chicken dealings.
