What is this behavior saying?

We have 3 barred rock hens. The largest one started this behavior today placing herself on her side extending a leg and wing ruffling her neck feathers and staring at us. Is this a territorial thing?The 3 of them free range in the garden and return to their coop at nite. We got them Fathers Day and they were 11 wks then. Still no eggs.....

Normal. They love to stretch out in the sun and catch rays. They also like to scratch up the soft ground and take a dust bath.
