It's been coming around at least once a day and yesterday the crows were making a bunch of noise so I went out and saw it with the pigeon.

I think the first set of pics is a peregrine falcon. It may belong to a local falconer. Where are you located?

Do falcons have dark eyes? The one I saw today had yellow eyes.

look up pictures of peragrine... they hunt pigeons and doves I believe.

We have some sparrow hawks around here no larger than a large pigeon.... and very very maneuverable in the trees.
