What is this Bird?

Hi y’all!
I️ was wondering if anyone could tell me what breed of domestic waterfowl this is:

I️ had this picture sent to me with the question so I️ was hoping y’all could figure it out. I️ was thinking maybe Goose, but I️ can’t find any breeds of Geese that look like that.

Looks like a horned grebe , does it have long legs or short legs.

Thanks for your reply! I️ looked into the Grebe and it doesn’t seem to be that. The feet are attached under the belly not on the rear. It is 100% a domestic bird. The previous owner bought him from a hatchery (not sure which one).

It looks like it has a skinny bill, like a wild fowl, it could be the angle.

It does have a skinny bill. It’s not a Blue Swedish, it has large patches of white on its cheeks. It almost looks like a stuffed animal

Pattern looks like a female Smew. But the feet remind me of a Grebe.

I'm not sure what species without doing some searching, but that is absolutely not a domesticated bird.

Is there any chance it could be a wood duck of any sort? Maybe it is a “mutt”. It is probably a wild breed of duck.
