What is this breed exactly

I was told that this is an old english game bantam rooster, which I figured but what color, someone said he's a spangled, but from Google they seem to be more darker, but is he just a spangled roo or something else

Lovely little guy!! I had a serama rooster with similar coloring. Of course , seramas come in all different colors!
