What is this breed?

I have asked around and nobody seems to know what it is i need help..

very young bird. hard to tell if its an easter egger mix

Yes its about 6-7 weeks old now i got it from a friend that got it at a auction and the guy that he bought it from didnt even know what it was. Ive been told it looks like a easter egger but no one has told me that thats what it is for sure .. Thanks for the help.

cant really see the comb and color of the legs

It could be an easter egger or any partridge or wild type colored bird at this point. Several breeds look quite similar at this age. Looks to have a straight comb, so I'm thinking maybe Welsummer or partridge rock, something like that.
