What is this build up on her skin? Lice eggs?

It seems as though I have a bird who is egg-bound. Put her in a salt bath for about 20-minutes and as I was breaking up the poop around her butt I noticed all of this. What am I looking at? It doesn't seem to be attached to her skin but it is seemingly doing some damage. Any help will be appreciated.

They are lice eggs firmly attached to feather shafts. Coconut oil should remove them.
It would be best to clean out the coop, nest boxes and get rid of all the bedding. Use permethrin liquid to spray inside the coop including nest boxes, roosts etc...let it dry and replace with new bedding.
You can spray your birds as well or use permethrin dust on them. The mixing instructions for the liquid is attached to the container. Permethrin liquid has a 28 day residual stay time.

They are definitely lice eggs! Clean out all the bedding in her home and maybe dust around with some dermatacious earth? You can also get special products to do the job.
