What is this chicken Roo or Hen??

I have got so many different answer I have got Hen and Roo. This chicken has neither Crowd or Layed!!! Please help!!!!!! Sorry that I put up so many pics I just really need to know! Also How can I Candle a egg to tell if it is fertile???

fertility cant be tested by candling

2 ways

waste and egg is one way, crack it open if it has a germinal disc its fertile and most prob the subsequent will be too


2nd way is stick it in an incubator
