Where is my beak?! My comb? Did any one have seem my comb? My wattles? No,no ,no my wattles!!! Anyone??

Umm, what just happened. I was wet, then a blow dryer went flying into my face! I think I passed out. And now I'm here, and I can't see, help!

I am not the chickens owner. I think it may have to do with how much they preen their feathers. Some of my chickens float and others flap and get me all wet. It may also have to do with what breed you have. Tight feathered breeds probably float better than loose feathered breeds. No the chickens are not part duck.

I remember the thread that first had this photo https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/538337/silly-swimming-chickens-i-mean-ducks-i-mean-chickens They were supervised while floating so that they would not flail around and get water logged feathers.

Makes a lot of sense now!
