While taking the pics, my curious dog sniffed the chicken. I watched as the confused chicken jumped onto the curious dog's back. Dog didn't like it & started to walk away. Chicken got a doggie-back ride across the room. I got a funny picture.

The fierce chicken hawk will now try to pick up a dog and become an even more fierce dog hawk!

Sweetie, please place a towel in the bathroom sink. It will make perfect nest box during my hen-spa stay.

Yes, she has one spur, about a half inch long. She's also rather asymmetrical- severe wry tail, where her rear is bent to one side. Unfortunately, our family insurance package doesn't cover chiropractic for chickens.
