What is this chicken thinking?

Ok, who has the hammer? Who has the nails? Did someone remember to bring the wood?

This is Beep. We call her Beep because every morning she walks around doing this "buk!" noise and it sounds like a car alarm arming!

I'm highly curious as to why she's making this noise. Does anybody else's do this? What is this chicken thinking?

I have only had one of my hens make the same noise once, she was choking on a peanut and coughed it up. But she clearly showed signs with back to back 'bark" sound and then popped out the peanut.

I think yours is just showing her unique vocalization…bet it has a special meaning. She looks happy, healthy, drinking so don't think it is of concern.

To answer your question, I'd get my hands on that hen and examine her closely. Check her ears and her mouth. Palpate her crop and entire body. She could have something stuck in her trachea (piece of grass or other object) that she is trying to displace by sneezing.
