A little off subject, your chickens float?  Mine just sink.  What's the difference? Are they part duck?

I am not the chickens owner. I think it may have to do with how much they preen their feathers. Some of my chickens float and others flap and get me all wet. It may also have to do with what breed you have. Tight feathered breeds probably float better than loose feathered breeds. No the chickens are not part duck.
