She's actually an English Orpington. They run very large & are extra fluffy - which makes them look even bigger.
These pullets are sisters & weigh about 9 lbs each. They grow until 1 yr old & max out at about 10 lbs. They look rounded like basketballs. Our roos are larger.
We love this impressive, beautiful, docile, friendly breed, but they're not the greatest layers & require more feed.

I have 14 Jersey giants. 12 pullets and 2 roos. They are 20 weeks, very large and they love to eat. They Probably weigh about 10 lbs for the roos. Between them, my mutt rooster, a small flock of Cemani/honas and two ducks we're going through a little over 5 lbs of FF per day! I love them though.
