And now for the spin cycle...
Am I the only one in this crowd who thinks mud packs make the woman more loverly to behold?
Hmmmm, maybe hot cayuga boy on my right will be charmed by my new lipstick. What is Mirage thinking, walking around with all that mud on her snoot?!

GASP AND SUCK IN AIR AND HURRIEDLY SAVED THESE IMAGES TO MY PHONE. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!! JUNIOR and ZORRO in all their EEEEEEEEEEEEEE roundness. Do you have any idea what this does to me? Why are they so cute? Why are they very round birbs? You have no idea how much I want to hold, squeeze and kiss.
HA. That's funny they're not afraid of it because of its locations. Sillies. What's it like to watch them hop up on the floating raft or do they fly and lane on it? Ugh. I love your ducks. Lilian picking at the ground is still on my Mac.

@Kroelies I am sorry for the late response to your post. It would be fun if your berds could sleep next to you rather than be outside in the elements eating mud. I totally understand you wanting to hold them. I feel that way about my finches. They're so cute and soft. During the times I do hold one of them I am in oxytocin and dopamine heaven because they are so soft and warm. I kiss their little heads. When I lay in bed at night I want my ducks to wear diapers and sleep next to me but they don't do that instead they are outside somewhere eating mudI want to hold them so much![]()
The raft also is flat so that isn't very scary either. Donsje (the white duck and Junior's mother) will sit on it sometimes with her partner, I need more rafts because couples won't share it, lol. They climb on it, it's under the willow tree so it's not safe for flying around.
Lilian is plain irresistible, she is small, innocent and so cute. Why do creatures that adorable not like cuddles and kisses?
Those pesky boys will never find me in here.
The tarp is around the unused straw so it doesn't get rain / snow on it. I was outside with the ducks and Noir went around behind the deck benches that the food is in - no big deal. So I am watching the other ducks interacting (I am on a project to figure out the exact pecking order - I know 80% of it, but there are a couple ducks that haven't interacted directly enough for me to tell if one is above the other). Then I hear the delighted sounds of runner joy: this is a high speed giggle that I have only heard come from the runners. The other ducks do a similar sound sometimes at about 1/2 speed, but not as fast and long and full of elation as runners do it. Well, I have to see what is up. Noir opened up that flap of tarp, climbed in it and was noodling the virgin straw inside the tarp - chattering with the greatest joy her heart could feel. Those pesky boys will never find me in here.
How did I get in here and why did I?
