What is this? Foot infection?

I noticed this on a few of my 4 weeks old chicks. I really don’t think it is bumblefoot and don’t know how to fix it.

This is the bottom of their feet so I don’t think it’s bumblefoot.

Has it been freezing cold weather there recently? Are they kept indoors inside a brooder? Is the bedding damp?

Looks almost like burns.

I was thinking possible frostbite or dermatitis from wet or soiled bedding.
