1747249796681.jpeg Hopefully you can make out this picture. I moved my waterer to refill and underneath on the bricks was this "creature." I want to pick it up with a stick, thinking it was a snake and it like broke apart but the "head" was still moving around. It was long, slimy and just broke into pieces. I cannot figure out what this is and am asking on here to know if I need to be on the lookout for something abnormal with my chickens. Thank you in advance for your help!!

Hammerhead flatworm, highly invasive. Cover it completely with salt to kill it. You can also turn a ziplic bac inside out to protrct your hand to puck it up, then turn right side while removing hand & seal it closed. Just insure it is dead before disposing. I myself would add more salt just to make sure. Salt is cheap.

Gross. My Google image search says its an invasive species called Arrowhead flatworm and can be toxic to humans. Not sure about chickens but I wouldn't pick it up with your bare hands.
Thank you! I think that is exactly what it is.
