What is this from?

I can't tell is she is losing feathers or not, but they are definitely shorter. And caked with dirt/mud.

I check them daily for bugs/lice and have never seen anything. Nothing is moving, no one else has anything. She is eating and drinking fine.

I had wondered if she was going broody and pulling feathers but leaves the next no problem.

That is what it looks like caked mud, and they were all dust bathing and it rained here BUT her feathers are like rubbed off too
