What is this growth on her face??

Hi, my flock has been battling but slowly surviving bronchitis. This one hen however has this giant lump on her face. It actually pulls her lower jaw askew. Her eye is completely sealed shut. She is still eating and drinking but obviously suffering. I thought maybe an abscess so I attempted lancing it in two different spots. I expected a bunch of pus to come out but all that happened was A LOT of blood. I had to put cornstarch on it to stop the blood. The lump is hard not squishy like I expected. Any ideas? I will cull if necessary but I really don't want to lose anymore hens.

The swollen eye looks typical for Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG) or Infectious Coryza. There's usually a foul odor around the head area if it's coryza. Is there a foul odor?

No there isn't any odor at all

Also try flushing her eye with saline solution and put neosporin in the eye. Then alternate the next day using a warm compress to draw out infection several times during the day.
