Agreed, they are hungry little raptors, he hasn't bit me since they are just growing and hungry allot. Always knocking their waterer so my hands always in there.They still confuse me too. I kept the first one that kept tagging my ankles because my favorite pullet was in love with him since hatch. They always roosted together, ate together dust bathed together etc., it was a really sweet thing to watch; but once he was keeping me from being able to check on their chicks I had enough.
I've read several people on here say the only way to get a good rooster is to cull the bad ones and I'm starting to believe it . . . again, they get once to learn a lesson.
