What is this hanging from my new chick??? HELP!!

It hatched about 3 hrs ago and this is hanging from it. It's leaving blood marks on the paper towels. I'm not sure what to do for it. Please help!!!

Did you assist? It looks like it didn't absorb all of it's yolk. Just leave it alone. That's all you can do for now. It will shrink a bit as it dries up. Will eventually fall off if the chick lives. Good luck. :)
