What is this hen?

I got chicks from mcmurray in july i got 10 EE, 10 nh reds, 5 plymouth rocks and one exotic..
we figure this is our exotic chicken she looks completely different from everyone else....

could you tell me what she is?

she doesn't have any tufts or anything...

I got one from McMurray that looks just like that one. I got the brown egg layers and I figured she is a black star. She was all black when a baby, then when her feathers came in she has reddish bron feathers down her neck and breast. She has no beard though. They cover her back too. She is so sweet and friendly too!

I have 2 others that have a little bit of reddish brown on their necks and breast, but the rest is greenish black. Black stars are supposed to have a little red on their necks aren't they?

I've never had them before!

Mcmurray's favorite "exotic" is the Easter Egger Rooster. If yours is a hen, you lucked out.
