what is this in my mom's eggs

Looks like worm eggs, but what kind and how to get rid of them. We have wormed them several times.

There is no way possible for worm eggs to get into chicken eggs they are called meat spots or blood spots you have a meat spot which is just a piece of the reproductive tract in the egg it is perfectly fine to eat the reason you haven't ever seen this before is because the eggs from a chicken factory are candled to remove any eggs with impurities it is very common in new layers.
