Antibiotics can clear it up if it's a bacterial infection, but there's no easy way of knowing if its bacterial or viral. I use enrofloxacin for bacterial salpingitis - https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/lash-egg.1441042/

You also need to figure out which bird specifically has the issue, as this is not something you want to give a whole flock due to withdrawal times.
