How old? I have 16 chickens around 10 weeks that will peck at my hands too, they just expect food

I have a hen that used to act roosterish and chase me out of the run. I use to chase her back, make lots of noise and scream “I am the Rooster!” Eventually she learned to respect me. Now she hunches down when I get close to her and let’s me pet and hold her. She just needed to learn who was boss!

Getting close to 3 months of age. It will make the 4th one we have. We have two older ones that are a year old and her sister. The other have always been so very nice. This one is horrible guess it takes time and hopefully when she starts laying she will change

Ahhh sorry to hear that. I hope you both mesh better together soon. I bribe mine to get them use to me and talk and sing to them. They prefer Kelly Clarkson singing though to mine.
