What is this little bird?

I just found this little bird in the garden. I put it back out in the garden after hearing one it's parents making the exact same loud sound. There is a penny for comparison on it's tiny size. It is loud and hungry!

The parent is about 2" tall and grayish. I am heading out to try to get a picture of the parent.
 
finch/sparrow, can't tell you the exact but it's one of those lil types of birds...

oh hehe good for puttin it back cuz it's ready to fledge so it's right whre it should be learnin from it's parents out of the nest

I'm going with a species of Titmouse. They are tiny birds at maturity. Also hard to raise up.

I work with a bunch of wildlife rehabers

big eyes, and totally different color/pattern lol. I am a wild bird freak.... (again not my picture just showing proof this chick in question is not a titmouse)
