How old is it? I think it's a rooster, unless it's already full grown. That face is awfully red if it's a young bird.

She's about 7-8 months old now..

That looks like a single comb, not a pea comb. And Silver Penciled Cochins resemble this color pattern as well. Also a suggestion.
