What is this my hen left in nesting box this am

No eggs or occasional wrinkled eggs over past month from this hen.We have been keeping her apart from her home flock waiting for her feathers to return on her back.She roosts with two other hens of different breeds.
She has a nice free range life and no predators to bother her.

Any answers?

That may be a lash egg which can be a result of internal laying or salpingitis. Wrinkled eggs sometimes are a result of a recent bout infectious bronchitis that might have been very mild. Here is some info about lash eggssalpingitis, and egg quality problems:

Looks like some sort of deformed egg.

She probably won't regrow her feathers until her next full molt. Hen aprons or saddles are good to prevent sunburn and pecking on bare backs.
