What is this on chicks wound?

I had a chick lose a wing to a raccoon. I took the chick to the vet and they removed some bone and sutured over it and said he would be fine (and cost me $445. Yes i know im crazy for paying it). I have had him in a cat cage in my garage while he is healing. He is eating and drinking. Today i noticed this little bubble thing on his suture. Is it pus? Do i leave it alone? He was given antibiotics at the vet. Do i put neosporin on it?

Is it hard? Or squishy?

Thanks for your reply. At first i thought it was hard but i think it felt that way since it is so small of a bubble. Wheb i pushed it appeared that it may be squishy with fluid in it. It appears just grayish like the chicks coloring
