What is this on her face???

Can anyone tell me what this is on her face and how can I treat it??? She's acts normal and like it doesn't bother her but it's hard but squishy.

Can you find her ear canal opening? Look for any discharge or gunk inside while using a QTip. She may have a large ear infection, but there could be a possibility of a tumor.

Clean it with chlorhexidene and apply some plain Neosporin twice a day. Was it an abscess, or did you get any pus out of it?
