What is this on her mouth,what to do?

What is this on the corner of her mouth? It had like dried puss in the middle of it. It's got more down in there. It's kind of deep. I tried to squeeze it thinking it was pimple like but it's hard like a rock. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

It would be good to see what the inside of the beak looks like.
Might be canker, does it have a really bad odor?

No I didn't smell anything and I had her pretty close to my face when I was investigating

Usually those types of growths are canker, a protozoan infection, wet fowl pox, a virus, or a cancerous growth. Pictures of the inside of the beak to look for yellow or grey patches may help. A bad odor may not be noticed right away. Canker is sometimes treated with FishZole (metronidazole) 250 mg daily for 5-6 days. Here is an article on canker:

This is on the outside of the mouth not the inside. No part of it is cheese looking

I think what the experts are asking is, did you look inside her mouth, and if so, did you see any kind of lesions at all in her mouth?
That will help tell what it might be.
