What is this on my chick

It's difficult to see in the image but it looks as though the yolk sac wasn't absorbed completely. If that's what it is, I have had success with the mug method if you have enough room to stand a mug upright in your incubator. Putting the chicks bottom onto it's shell in a mug padded with dry toilet paper or paper towels so that she can't wiggle free will give her time to finish absorbing the yolk sac and keep her from possibly tearing it while dragging it around the incubator. If you can't fit a mug I have also seen people put shorter containers with paper towels in the bottom to at least somewhat restrict her movement and prevent other chicks from pecking at it. While you're adjusting things try to get a better image if you can so we can verify that's what you're dealing with but I think it is.

But as long as it's in the incubator in some sort of container that keeps it separated from the other chicks and away from anything that could tear the yolk sac, that should help and give it time to absorb hopefully.
