What is this on my toms cheek

I can't tell anything with your circle on there. Post the same pic without the circle.

In the first pic it almost looks like it is something dried and could be washed off. It the second pic it does look different and a little off color.

If it was mine, I wouldn't do anything. It's yours so you may want to take a wet cloth and see if it will wash off. If it doesn't, you could keep an eye on it and see if anything develops.

That would explain why the first picture looked like it was something dried on there. You can try giving it some vetericyn eye drops.
