That is where the cord was. It looks like a hernia or something like that. I'm not familiar with goslings but my guess is it may go back in after a while. Hopefully somebody that does know will chime in. I'm not gonna try to give advice as to what I would do because it's probably wrong and I don't want to tell you to do something that will hurt it.

I saw this on another thread. I was afraid to give advice but the others where saying what I was thinking. I guess i've learned alot on this site. Your gosling should be ok but we never know. I've had some chickens have the same thing and after holding my finger on a paper towel pad over the cord area it went back in. The first one I culled because it crawled around the litle box I had it in and pulled it's guts out. After that if it was real bad I culled right away. If not I tried to fix it and just a few died later. Probably an internal deformaty or some other problem.
