I'm sorry but there are many different crosses that can make a Black Sex link. A RIR rooster over a Barred Rock hen certainly is one, but there are many others.

With that red leakage, it could easily be a Black Sex Link. It could also just be a mutt. Red chickens crossed with black chickens could look a lot like that, including the dark colors on the comb and especially dark beak and legs.
I cannot tell you what she is. If she came from a hatchery, I'd think she probably is a Black Sex Link since hatcheries usually don't have other crosses using black chickens. But if she came from someone's mixed flock, I'd be more inclined to think maybe a Black Australorp with some red chicken. Either breed could be mother or father.
