i am guessing it is a roo because the other three don't have as big of a comb and wattle. I was told he was a buff Orpington as a chick but him and the other three are not buff. Thanks for the help.

Ok. Sorry the pic isn't better. Tried to get a pic in the sun and not under the tarp but he didn't cooperate. It makes sense if it is a RIR. It's more orange then my reds from the farm store.
