What is this? *pics* please help!

Beyonce has developed this squishy bottom. She was recently broody, I had her in a broody breaker for 4 nights. She hasn't layed since. Although I swear I remember saying "oh beyonce gave us and egg!" A couple days ago. I'm not even sure anymore.

I palpated the area and did not feel an egg. There seems to be a smell, kind of like sweat and poop. She doesn't smell fantastic.

Just not sure what route to go with, how to begin helping her. She eats and runs and drinks fine, happy as usual! But that area is also very warm to touch and feels balloon like.

Any input would be amazing! Thanks everyone!

It could be a reproductive problem such as cancer, egg yolk peritonitis, or maybe ascites (fluid in the abdomen.) If you can get the poo off, poke a finger inside the vent 1-2 inches and feel for any masses or an egg. Wear a glove and use lubricant. Here are some links to read:
