This chick is just 2-3 days old, and can't walk... after examining it, this is what I see. Any ideas?

I treated for pasty butt, but I am not sure that is what this is...
Cleaned and put vaseline on it after taking this pic...

Sorry the picture is bad, but it was taken with my phone, and I was trying to get close

Possibly a prolapse. It is kinda hard to see
