Is he yours? I think I would just monitor it for a while to see if it heals up or gets bigger.

He is not mine. He's my mother's. She thinks its a tumor but she doesn't know if he was injured or anything-she just noticed it this morning.

I agree with those who think it may be a scab or possibly a healing injury..

I would either monitor or investigate further..

I would wanna know if it was a scab and what's under it. Do the edges feel like they will peel or is it smooth/soft just darkened skin? Most tumors I've experienced with other animals don't *usually* scab up.

The white dry skin around it is what makes it look more like a healing scab than an invading tumor.

Hope it's as minor as most of us think, He so cute with all his wrinkles!
