What are the color of his shanks? Are they a Whitish pink color, or Medium black over white skin/pink?

Does he have heavy copper leakage spotting on his chest?

If his shanks are very light, and his chest is heavily spotted, then he may be split for the Wheaten variety of Marans, as he does have quite a bit of white underfluff at the base of his tail.

If his shanks are darkish, and chest black, then I would vote more for pure Black Copper Marans.

No. He is a Wheaten Marans- for sure. It's still possible he can be a cross with a black copper. He would have to be carefully test mated in a certain way to know if he has any crossings.

He has the white shanks, cinnamon/copper wing bay, and lots of white fluff at tail of a Wheaten. His hackle and saddle don't have the Wheaten halo, so his coloring is darker than usually seen on Wheatens.

Smaller possibility he could be a crossed version of a Salmon Marans. His overall coloring and shoulder bows don't really have enough russet for that I believe.

The color in the wing bay (secondary wing feathers) keeps him from being a true wheaten. He might have wheaten in him but he is not pure wheaten.
