What is this Rooster?

I got this rooster from the local feed store. He was supposed to be a black sexlink pullet but clearly someone mixed up the chicks..

Hes got 5 toes, feathered feet, and a head crest.

His topknot was a bit bigger, but hes had to fight our original rooster for hens so its not at its best. Its never been near the size of my polish's but its not as tiny as it looks at the moment

You can't really see it in the pictures, but his feet are also black

Any idea what he is? or what hes a cross of?

He is a good looking bird! Thats why I decided not to send him to the freezer haha

So if I breed him to my sizzles, considering he is part silkie, his chicks will hatch silkie right? Or does he not carry silkie since its not expressed in his feathers?

It takes a few times breeding back to silkie to get the feathers back to silkie

oh, alright. I am new to sizzle/silkies and this guy is definitely a first haha

I know hes not a bantam. Hes the same size as my RIR rooster...
