What is this!? Should I be worried

I found this on the floor of the coop this morning. Does anyone know what it is, should I be worried? We have 6 hens, all on their first round of laying and we’ve never seen anything like this before.

that's a soft shelled egg that's torn and mostly been eaten. New layers sometimes lay soft shelled eggs until their systems get working properly. So not something to worry about unless it continues. You might want to check the coop in the mornings for any soft shelled eggs and remove them to prevent anyone in the flock become an egg eater.
