What is this thing in my eggs?

Someone in the flock is laying eggs that have this funky, little thing next to the yolk. It ALMOST looks like a tiny second yolk, same color. About the size of a piece of rice, maybe two. Very distinct, separate thing floating around. have found it in a boiled egg and it was very hard compared to the rest of the egg. cracked a few eggs last night for dinner and noticed they are coming from eggs that have weaker shells. does any one know what this could be?
tried taking a picture, but they are all blurry.
