What is this thing???! PLEASE HELP!

looks like an under developed soft eggs shell, worm or larvae eating yolk. Crushed eggshell or oyster shell should always be made available to your flock on a free-choice basis, not mixed into their feed. This way each hen can eat as much or as little as she needs. Different hens absorb calcium differently, and depending on how good a layer she is, one hen may just need more than another. I crush shells very small say down to 3/8 inch or smaller for better digestion. May want to separate her to see what her next few eggs look like.
 
Not sure who laid this though.... I have two blue egg layers. I do have free-choice oyster shell though..
