What is this under my Indian runner ducks foot

I don’t know how to upload a photo but I will describe it: under both her feet are these weird bumps they have marks on them and they look swollen and I’m worried please help

It looks like bumble foot. My ducks have got it before, I soak their feet in warm water with plain epsom salt twice a day for about 10-15 minutes, and keep them in a garage or bard with clean dry shavings every day. Make sure you dry the feet every time you soak them. Once they are dry, I put Neosporin on them.
