Her vent is swollen and pink. It's been like this about a week. What is it and what to do?

Can you get a closeup shot if her vent? Does she have some feathers missing where she has been pecked, or is there red tissue coming out her vent opening? Check her skin under the vent and elsewhere for mites and lice, or their eggs.

She was one year in May. Close to year and a half. She is still laying. She had been like this a couple weeks.
