It's probably just abbreviated. TRNZ could be the medication name. Liquid is the form. And PEROC describes the route of administration.

Per OS is sometimes used to mean "by mouth" so I'm guessing OC is something similar.

If it's handwritten, per oc could easily be per ou which is "in both eyes". But I don't think you'd be putting an opaque pink liquid in the eyes!
