I just got this scaredy-cat Saturday. I thought it was a pullet, but not so sure. Thoughts?

Agree with above. His age and Post some picks of those feathers if you can.
Just if you don''t know (Flynn's farm),hackle feathers are on the neck. They look kind of pointy. Sickle feathers are at the base of the tail. In fully matured roosters the sickle feathers will be very long and pointy.
