I found this in my coop this morning and I'm totally baffled. It looks like the world's largest and softest egg shell? Kinda? There was a smaller identical pile next to it.

Should I be worried? Was my duck egg bound and she cleared it? I have four ducks who are all a year old. So far they have been healthy and have had no health issues.

Can you get pictures of the yellow stuff under it?

It might of been just a soft egg from lack of calcium
I have been getting more soft shelled eggs than ever before, about three weeks ago I started feeding them large amounts of oyster shells but nothing seems to of changed. I’m not sure if maybe they are eating the shells or…?

Crush up some calcium pills and sprinkle them into the feed

I suspect that the hen that laid that has a reproductive tract infection. Can you take her to a vet?
Hmm I definitely could if I knew what hen laid it but I have four and I have zero idea which lady made that mess. Are there any other symptoms I might watch out for? I'm a newish duck owner so I'm not super well versed in duck vet knowledge yet.

Watch for one looking a little off, mabybe hanging out by herself more.
