I think that may be fowl pox, a virus carried by mosquitoes. There is no treatment, and in most cases, it will go away in a few weeks. Leave the scabs alone, since those can spread the virus. You may see it in some other chickens. Does the area around her right eye seem a bit swollen to you? Compare it with the other eye. Here is a good article to read about pox:

This post is concerning me I once saved a baby pigeon with flow pox but he died so will it harm the chickens. My beloved rooster has one black dot on his comb I would hate if anything happened to him. Sorry to interrupt your conversation :oops:

Fowl pox is much harder on baby chicks, but most adults get better. Wet pox, which occurs inside the beak and throat can be deadly in both adults and chicks. It causes yellow plaques inside the beak, throat, esophagus, trachea, and crop, making eating difficult.

I’m not sure if it is fowl pox because he has been teaching the chicks how to fight so it might just be a scab from fighting. It is so funny to watch my giant rooster and a few week old chick go at it.
